About the programme
Women Leading Innovation equips African women leaders with future-ready competencies in entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, innovation management and global business transformation. Delegates engage in academic instruction, industry visits, guest lectures, innovation tours and cross-cultural exchange — designed to accelerate Africa’s digital economy through the women who will lead it.

The programme is open to African women entrepreneurs, SME owners, technologists, lecturers, researchers, startup founders, corporate executives, public sector professionals, NGO leaders and emerging innovators.
The programme is fully sponsored where funding allows. Selected delegates will receive full details on any contribution required, if applicable, during the confirmation process.
Sponsorship packages support the programme’s delivery and offer brand visibility and recognition. Exhibition packages provide direct showcase space and engagement opportunities with delegates throughout the programme.
